Sallie & Matt

It was just another day at work for Miss Sallie.   But the date also marked Sallie and Matt’s four years together.

She was excited as she went on with her day thinking about how they would celebrate their little anniversary.

Maybe dinner and a movie?

Right about this time, one of her students came in with a rose and handed it to her.  This happened three more times until she was holding four perfect red roses.

Than Matt walked into the room, followed by the whole school.  He got on one knee and asked Miss Sallie to be his wife.

Kathryn & Jason | Pebble Hill Plantation Wedding Photographer

Last New Year’s Eve in Annapolis, Maryland,  Jason decided that he and his lady love would bring in the New Year by going to different scenic locations and capturing themselves in those areas.

At the last destination, while he was getting the camera on the tripod, he decided to try a different setting… the recording setting.

As Kathryn was waiting for the timer to take their picture, Jason was getting on one knee.

Katie & Colson | St. Augustine Wedding Photographer

Southern Charmer meets Mid West Beauty and the two fell head over heels for each other.

After years of anticipation, family and friends arrived in St. Augustine, Florida this past weekend for a vintage inspired wedding at the Oldest House.

Katie is known for shy and humble qualities, so after she selected her muted, cream colored golden dress, she had her bridesmaids select long dresses in the same color scheme as her dress so that she would not be the center of attention.

It did not work.  Katie with her smile and tears (french fries!) shined brightly on her dream day.

Only two words needed to describe, Colson.  Devastatingly beautiful.

Slideshow of the wedding will be up Wednesday night!

I did the Reservoir Dog shot and then the boys wanted to do a jumping shot.  I am calling this one the Beastie Boys shot!
