All Of The Things That Would Be

” and from the first glance you gave.
my world, it slowed.
you stopped the time…
and in that moment i could see all of the things that would be. ”

Last night, I entered four images in the Professional Photographers Guild Meeting.  Two images won in their category.

Amanda and Tom’s wedding at Mission San Luis won for Social Function.

And this image of the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg, FL won in Commercial.

Ashlea & Matt

Ashlea and Matt met on a double date.  But she was with his friend and Matt was with her friend.

Years later, Matt sent Ashlea and email asking if she would like to go out.

She agreed to a date.  And this is where couples will tell me it was a dream and have been together ever since.

Not the case this time.  :)  Ashlea said that the date was kind of awkward and it just did not click.

Maybe for her it did not click but Matt was smitten and was not giving up!  He continued to invite her places and made sure to always show up where ever Ashlea was.

It worked!  A few months later, Ashlea felt that spark…  and have been together ever since.

Father Daughter Dance

Roxanne wanted to go to the dance tonight but with one stipulation, ” No dresses!”. I sadly agreed.

I was thinking that finally, one of the many dresses in her closest was going to have a little fun night out.

But how I love her rocking style and her confidence. My Roxy Rox, my nutter butter.
