Hannah’s Bridal

She is getting married this Saturday but told me it was okay to post her bridal because I could not stand to wait any longer. “I love them” would be an understatement. (Pretty please, do not mention on Facebook until after Saturday. Her fiance might notice.)

Hannah totally left the details of the shoot to me. I brought Meghan in to work her magic for some high fashion, editorial feel to the images.

And the dress… my all time favorite from Vocelle’s!

A modern dress with a vintage feel. The appliques add to the sweet romance.

This is my favorite type of bustle on a wedding dress. The French Bustle.

Her sisters were able to practice bustling and will be ready on Saturday.

Lindsey’s Bridal

Lindsey has already had her dream wedding this year at the family beach house. Now she gets to dress up again in her wedding dress and have her bridal shots captured on the family farm.

I wonder if they have a family yacht tucked away anywhere.

Striking eyes with dark hair is such an awesome combo.

This is Casey. Adopted from a shelter. Sweet.

And this is Little John. Also adopted from the same shelter.

Little John likes to sleep on top of Casey when it is bed time. So cute that I can’t even stand it.

Jessica’s Bridal

Jessica is now a married woman!

Which means I can finally blog her bridal pictures! I have been wanting to post like crazy but I did not want to spoil any surprises.

The first bridals in the studio and I am absolutely in love with these images, especially the first one.

The whiteness, the touch of pink and Jessica’s pure, simple happiness.

Of course, we also had to get some images at Goodwood too.

Erin’s Bridal Shots

She said it would be ok to post before her wedding this Saturday. Her love, Kyle, does not read my blog and he is the only one she cares about seeing her in her dress before the big day.

I have a redhead bride. Yes.

Erin is gentle, reserved and as graceful as she is beautiful. She is the girl that listens and observes. The girl that men and women gravitate towards.

I did not want to put a border on this so as not to distract from the form.

Carravaggio was known for his use of dramatic light. This is no where close to his genius but just a small attempt on my part.

Katy’s Bridal

Katy and Tyler, just want to say quickly, favorite parts of last night was the Billie Jean dance cirlce and the proxy Tyler that everyone had to dance with.

Rose Child Care Center

I spent Weds. morning photographing the kiddies at Rose’s. Rox and Elliott also attend Rose and they both love it. When I go pick them up in the afternoon, they are usually covered in that day’s activities. Some days it’s glitter. Some day, shaving cream. Some day, paint.

Every day, I am met with big huge smiles. What more can a working mom and aunt ask for!

I wish I could blog all the happy faces. Here are a few images of the fun we had that morning.

Aurora and Amelia are best buddies. I got the picture frame idea from Jeannie who is one of the owners of the awesome shop Miss Mandys. Thanks for the idea.

No need to frame your picture. It already comes with a frame!

Jamie Claire’s 2nd Birthday

Jamie Claire had her birthday party this past Saturday. Rox and I packed our bags and headed to Atlanta for a fun filled weekend.

The theme was butterflies! She had a butterfly cake, pinata, cookies and even butterfly suckers (thanks to Grandma). There was even a crafting table where the little girls made little caterpillars out of egg cartons and glitter.

Slideshow will be up Thursday morning but here is a sneak peak for now.

Can’t get too messy while eating my Elmo cupcake. Steph tells me that Jamie will not come down the stairs in the morning unless she is properly attired in the right bracelet. Hmmmm. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
